Braemar Chocolate Truffles

Handmade in the heart of the Cairngorms, Braemar Chocolate Shop's chocolates are crafted at their own production kitchen in the village of Braemar. Chocolatier Dave trained at the Callebaut Academy and brings over 30 years of culinary experience to every piece, alongside co-owner Jo's eye for creativity and design. The result is artisan chocolate rooted in its Highland home, made with care for flavour, artistry and the community that has supported them.

Their chocolates are sold from their shop at the Auld Bank House in Braemar, and we're delighted to bring a taste of the Cairngorms to Bearsden here at The Bookmonger.
